This diploma program trains students in skills required to work as an operator in the oil and gas industry. Students are fully familiarized with the various physical components, processes and procedures assocaited with the plant using a hands-on approach to learning.

 

Student will be provided License of panel operations in Plant which they learn and pass the competency exam on a live DCS.

 

Process variables (Pressure, Temeprature, Level and Flow) are studied in detail along with the instrumentation used to measure them. The program provides practical instruction on a DCS simulator as well as hand-on traiing in live plants in UAE.

 

The trainings are incoporated with strong focus on HSE to ensure that the students are fully aware of the hazards present in the industry and how to minimize them.

 

Basic education in science, math and english are also included in the curriculum.

 

Basic Course is held in 4 Semesters (1.5-2 Year). An optional additional semester can be spent in a specific plant specialization (eg water treatment plant, refinery unit, power etc)
